Job Summary:
Waste Connections is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and ensuring seamless communication across various channels.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to customer concerns, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to address customer issues. Your excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain customer records and update account information
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
