Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Complete required paperwork using fleet maintenance software to document repairs, parts usage, and repair times.
- Review Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports, complete or assign necessary repairs, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment that complies with corporate and OSHA standards.
- Perform all work according to established safety procedures and effectively communicate necessary repairs or tasks to team members.
Requirements:
- Experience in heavy truck equipment maintenance and repair (at least 2 years) or completion of a diesel tech program is preferred.
- Possess a strong work ethic and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Must have personal tools.
