Job Title:Diesel Mechanic
Location:Gassville, AR
Schedule:Monday -Friday (8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.), with occasional Saturdays
Pay:$18/hr.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a safety conscious Diesel Mechanic to join our dedicated team at ourGassville, ARhauling site. In this role, you'll be responsible for performingpreventative maintenanceand repairs on our fleet of garbage trucks. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of hydraulic andelectrical systems, parts replacement, and minor engine repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routinepreventative maintenanceondiesel enginesand related systems
- Troubleshoot andrepairhydraulic andelectrical systems
- Replace worn or damaged parts and perform minor engine repairs
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
- Perform other tasks as required to support fleet operations
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in diesel or heavy truckfleet maintenance
- Class A or BCDLis a plus
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
