Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals to meet program goals and objectives.
- Identify and address safety concerns promptly, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for recycling plant equipment, yellow iron, and building infrastructure.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in heavy industry maintenance with a focus on electrical systems.
- Experience with hydraulics, metal fabrication, welding, and conveyor systems is an asset.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Familiarity with profit-and-loss statements and budget management preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
