Position Overview:
This role begins as a non-CDL position, with a clear path toward obtaining a CDL and earning additional pay increases. The position involves a mix of driving, delivery, maintenance, and yard work to support our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a box truck for designated routes Monday - Wednesday
- Deliver and remove containers as scheduled
- Clean and maintain containers to company standards
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on containers, including cleanup of work areas
- Conduct general yard maintenance and cleanup to ensure a safe and organized workspace
Compensation:
- Starting Pay: $20/hour
- Growth Opportunity: Potential for a CDL upgrade with additional pay increases
