Job Title: Parts Specialist
Location: Denver, Colorado

PAY:
- $25 - $30 per hour
- Up to $5,000 stay-on bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct all tasks safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Administer and maintain parts and supplies inventories using company maintenance tracking software and other systems.
- Perform monthly and annual stock inventories, ensuring accurate data entry and reconciliation.
- Purchase and track maintenance parts, goods, and services as needed.
- Oversee and maintain company warranty programs through maintenance tracking software.
- Stock shelves, clean, and maintain the maintenance facility to ensure a safe and organized work area.
- Research parts using manuals, OEM sources, and vendor communications.
- Perform clerical duties as required.
- Load and unload parts and supplies from company, vendor, or delivery vehicles.
- Operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts and supplies as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Primary work environment will be indoors in the shop, with occasional outdoor or on-the-road tasks.
- Moderate noise level.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
