What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sorter position at Waste Connections?
Waste Connections is currently interviewing Recycle Sorters to our site in McKinney, TX.
In this position you will be sorting recyclable materials along with some basic cleaning duties. This is a very fast paced position working in a loud environment. Even though you are covered this is an open air facility so can be working in hot conditions in the summer months and cold conditions in the winter months.
Pay: $17.00 per hour, working 4:45am-2:45pm 4 days a week
We do annual wage increases, offer excellent benefits, year round work, and with patience and hard work there will be opportunities for advancement
Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
