Job Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
- Ensure proper stacking and securing of pallets to prevent damage during transportation.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Follow company policies / procedures related to safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor to ensure workflow continuity.
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in materials handling and warehouse operations.
- Proficient in forklift operation and heavy equipment usage.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
