Job Responsibilities
- Separate recyclable materials such as paper, plastics, metals, and glass from waste streams.
- Examine incoming materials to ensure they are free from contaminants and comply with recycling standards.
- Record the sorted materials and report any issues related to contamination, sorting, or equipment malfunctions.
- Use sorting machines, conveyors, or other equipment to assist in the material sorting process.
- Keep sorting areas and machinery clean and well-maintained to support smooth operations.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
