Job Responsibilities
- Sorting recyclable materials according to type, color, and other distinguishing characteristics to ensure efficient processing.
- Preparing recyclable materials for transport by properly handling and packaging them.
- Operating sorting machines and other relevant equipment to facilitate the sorting process.
- Maintaining a clean and organized recycling area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sorting activities, including material types and quantities processed, in compliance with industry standards.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Work Location: In person
