Job Summary
As a Industrial Waste Processing Manager at Waste Management, you will oversee all onsite activities for one IWP customer, including multiple sites for the customer. Your primary responsibility is to manage and direct dewatering and thermal drying of industrial sludges and recovery of reclaimable commodities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct all onsite activities related to dewatering and thermal drying of industrial sludges.
- Manage and plan activities of onsite personnel, including multiple shifts for 24/7 operations.
- Act as liaison between client and vendors in relation to service issues, scheduling, and contract management.
- Lead onsite IWP new hire onboarding processes and manages on-the-job training.
Requirements:
- Two years of operation and maintenance of dewatering and/or thermal drying equipment experience.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in job-related field or High School Diploma/GED and four years of relevant work experience.
