Job Overview
The Head of Creative Project Management role at Waste Management is a high-level supervisory position responsible for overseeing the dewatering and thermal drying of industrial sludges and the recovery of reclaimable commodities. This individual will manage and direct onsite personnel, including multiple shifts for 24/7 operations and events, ensuring compliance with customer, government regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Plans and directs all onsite activities for one IWP customer, including multiple sites, in relation to the dewatering and thermal drying of industrial sludges and the recovery of reclaimable commodities.
* Manages and plans activities of onsite personnel, including multiple shifts for 24/7 operations and events, ensuring compliance with customer, government regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
* Acts as liaison between client and vendors in relation to service issues, scheduling, and contract management.
* Schedules and coordinates personnel, equipment, and subcontractors for event and long-term dewatering and thermal drying projects as directed by the IWP Senior Project Site Manager.
Requirements
* Two (2) years of operation and maintenance of dewatering and/or thermal drying equipment experience.
* Prior supervisory experience in addition to education requirement.
* Bachelor's Degree in a job-related field or High School Diploma/GED and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
