Preferred Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience in routing and logistics, including planning and optimizing delivery routes.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience, including managing a direct team and overseeing daily operations.
- At least 2 years of experience as a business partner, providing strategic advice to leadership and recommending process improvements.
