Our client is a rapidly growing regional waste company in need of a Door to Door Sales manager to base out of the Orlando area or Southeast. The Door-to-Door Sales Manager is responsible for driving the short- and long-term growth of residential subscription revenue through strategic planning, team leadership, and effective collaboration with division personnel. This role oversees sales and marketing activities, ensuring proper deployment, training, and administration of sales teams within assigned territories. Key responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, fostering internal and external relationships, and supporting sales efforts to increase market share. The position involves creating localized sales plans, coordinating with corporate and regional leaders, and maintaining active community engagement to enhance the company’s presence. Additionally, the manager monitors sales performance, conducts contract audits, resolves customer complaints, and ensures alignment with divisional goals. The role also requires staying informed about industry trends and competitor services, participating in community events, and leveraging marketing resources to support sales initiatives. Regular training and technology updates are integral to the position. Residential single subscription sales experience required, and waste industry experience preferred. Base salary will be in the $85-95k range plus commission.
