This role focuses on continuous improvement initiatives, cost control, equipment maintenance, and operational excellence, while ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery. Key responsibilities include training and managing employees, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, optimizing labor needs, and implementing preventative maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of landfill operations or supply chain experience, strong leadership skills, and a background in regulatory compliance.
