POSITION: Billing Specialist

REPORTS TO: CFO and Billing Coordinators

Responsibilities:

· Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts.

· Process credits/rebills as necessary.

· Provide solutions to clients/billing.

· Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data.

· Send invoices and account updates to clients.

· Verification of cost and expense for customer and vendor billing.

· Meet/exceed internal standards and deadlines.

· Continuously maintain process improvement across Billing department.

· Perform other duties that are needed to support the accounting department.

· Collaboration with team members.

Necessary skills & qualifications:

· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

· Strong organizational and project/time management skills.

· Ability to work well and multi-task in a faced-paced, deadline driven environment.

· Understanding of basic business relationship drivers.

· Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications, particular focus in Excel.

· cieTrade and Quickbooks experience a plus.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent follow-up skills.

Location: Wasteology Headquarters – 3939 Shelbyville Road, Suite 301, Louisville, KY 40207
Hours: M-F, 8a-5p
