This rotational leadership development program offers a unique blend of hands-on experience and classroom learning. You will be responsible for achieving individual performance goals and key performance indicators outlined for each rotation assignment. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
