Hourly Rate: $25.69 - $27.00: based on experience
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Organize parts and components in all external yard and warehouse locations.
- Ensure appropriate labeling is affixed to allow for immediate and correct identification.
- Working with Technical Documentation, create and maintain a map detailing the location of all components and parts.
- Conduct cycle counts daily to validate staging and rack location accuracy, validating that components exist in the minimal amounts of locations possible.
- Examine and investigate discrepancies and inventory shortages
- Work with Operations Admin to identify problem components and maintain focus on inventory correction activities.
- Work with Accounting, maintain and work to isolate Excess and Obsolete (quarantine or identify) and in working with Engineering and Accounting either determine an alternative use for them or establish disposition (scrap) to resolve.
- Fill out and maintain white boards on the shop floor for clear visibility of parts shortages.
- Process MREQ’s when necessary to fulfill monthly production goals.
- Keeps track of large amounts of inventory using computerized inventory systems, and ensures all items are appropriately received and stored.
- Maintains accurate inventory levels, and ensures the optimal inventory is ready for use.
- Work with vendors to create accurate timeframes for the delivery of parts and materials.
- Help maintain yard and warehouse cleanliness.

- Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Five years of directly related experience.
- Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically and strategically
