Role Description :
The Customer Service Representative collaborates with the Sales team and Operations Support team to resolve problems and implement ongoing solutions to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a first point of contact for customers experiencing servicing issues
- Collaborate with Ops Support to implement new customer stops and add on services
- Escalate any serious service concerns to the area Business Development Manager
- Check on any outstanding service issues to ensure completion
- Provide customer service via telephone, and / or emails, redirecting them when necessary to the proper department
- Communicate any field employee concerns to Operations Department
- Provide any necessary updates to on-going service issues to supervisor
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Pay : $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected Schedule and Hours : Monday - Friday; 7 am- 3 : 30 pm No less than 40 per week
