What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exceptional Children's Teacher Assistant for 2025-2026 School Year position at Watauga County Schools?
Individual must have an Associate's degree or 48 semester hours toward a four year degree or must have completed the 96-hour Teacher Assistant Institute and Work Keys testing prior to employment. Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred, but not required. Individual will work one-on-one and/or in small groups with students with disabilities. Must hold or be able to obtain CDL with S and P endorsements in order to drive a school bus.
