Job Summary

Duties
- Perform health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Manage patient ailments and provide appropriate interventions
- Administer pain management techniques effectively
- Demonstrate proficiency in administering injections
- Develop and execute comprehensive discharge plans
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with dermal fillers administration
- Experience working in nursing homes is beneficial
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques
