Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced IMCU RN for a 13-week contract with ASAP start. The schedule consists of 3x12 hour shifts from 7pm to 7am, Friday-Sunday, with up to 2 weekends per month and float assignments to MedSurg as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5:1 or better, with the goal of maintaining a 4:1 ratio. The average daily census is 20-24 patients with 24 beds available. While pediatric patients are not common, they are not redirected, so candidates must be comfortable caring for pediatric patients.
Requirements:
- EMR Proficiency: EPIC (recent experience/proficiency is required)
- Experience: 2 years of IMCU experience, first-time travelers welcome
Job Requirements:
- Licensure: NC license or Multistate license
- Skills: Telemetry
Schedule Information:
