Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dockhand in Westerly, RI. The Dockhand will be responsible for assisting with the loading and unloading of boats, maintaining the cleanliness of the dock area, and providing excellent customer service to boat owners and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of boats
• Maintain cleanliness of the dock area, including picking up trash and debris
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to boat owners and guests
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a marina or similar environment preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be reliable and punctual
