Watch Me Shine is seeking full-time infant room lead teacher. We are seeking a caring and compassionate infant classroom teacher that want to make a difference in a child's life. Watch Me Shine is open year-round and serves preschool and school-aged children.

 

• Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children in the program 
• Ensure equipment and the facility are clean, well maintained, and safe always 
• Post and implement weekly and monthly schedules of activities 
• Ensure children are always supervised 
• Provide various experiences and activities for children including songs, games, and story telling 
• Establish routines and provide positive guidance 
• Provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable 
• Track student progress 
• Integrate special needs children in a positive and respectful manner 
  
  

Watch Me Shine began as a small early intervention program for children with special needs and has evolved into a large childcare center and therapy program. Watch Me Shine is now a superior preschool, childcare, and multi-therapy service for young children. We offer most youth services under one roof.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 90 college credits is preferred.
• Candidates must pass an extensive criminal background check.
