What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Watchdog Real Estate Project Management?
Watchdog Real Estate Project Management is seeking a Project Manager with experience as an owner's representative on commercial construction projects. This role will work on a hybrid schedule based out of Clark, NJ with the ability to travel to client projects sites as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as owner’s representative responsible for overseeing project management duties for major clients.
- Oversee all construction related activities in order to bring projects to completion on time and on budget. These tasks include project planning and design, budgeting, bidding, construction, commissioning, and close out services
- Assess and create solutions to identified concerns and risks that could become potential liabilities.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules.
- Create, develop and manage key relationships with stakeholders including direct client, contractors, and additional vendors.
- Utilize communication to abate conflicts, recommend project solutions, and mitigate risk.
