Watchdog Real Estate Project Management is seeking a Construction Project Manager with extensive experience supporting owners focused on new construction of restaurant spaces. This role will focus on project support as an owners representative in the DC market, representing the needs of partners managing all aspects of the construction process from the design phase through project close out. Extensive experience managing restaurant projects is a MUST.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as owners representative responsible for overseeing project management duties for restaurant and food service related projects.
- Oversee all construction related activities in order to bring projects to completion on time and on budget. These tasks include project planning and design, budgeting, bidding, construction, commissioning, and close out services
- Assess and create solutions to identified concerns and risks that could become potential liabilities.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules.
- Create, develop and manage key relationships with stakeholders including direct client, contractors, and additional vendors.
- Utilize communication to abate conflicts, recommend project solutions, and mitigate risk.
