Local and growing company in El Cajon is looking to hire for a “Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative”, essential service, in-office position. Watchlight/Alarm Relay is looking for a candidate who is a hard worker, has a positive attitude, and is a team player. Our company has been in business since 1972.
We are currently hiring for the below shift:
Day Shift (7:00am-3:30pm)
*Multiple Positions Currently Available
*Full Time Position
*Monday through Sunday Availability Required (5 day/week schedule)
*Weekends are required!!! Please do not apply if you cannot work weekends.
*Customer Service experience required
*Pay base starting at $17.00 hour during training. Experience is a plus!
Responsibilities Include:
- Receive and prioritize incoming telephone calls and alarm signals.
- Efficiently dispatch the appropriate emergency responders to emergency calls in a timely manner.
- Initiate outbound calls to customers, police agencies and emergency contacts.
- Basic data entry
- Process daily printouts of alarm activity
