Watchmaker is inviting applications for the full-time position of Warehouse Technician I .
This position reports to the Logistics Manager and will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, inventory control, and shipping customer orders. This individual will be accountable for ensuring materials are processed quickly and help manage inventory levels and Kanbans.

Responsibilities
- Receive inventories according to policies and procedures.
- Support shipping of orders in a timely manner, according to ship dates.
- Maintain and update inventory databases as part of cycle count activities.
- Maintain dock and shipping areas to be clean, safe, and presentable at all times
- Occasionally drive to pick up orders or supplies.
- Update and maintain all warehouse work instructions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the processes and procedures in the warehouse functions.
- Ensure waste containers are maintained and emptied, when needed.
- Assist with Kanban ordering and maintenance
- Perform kitting functions, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements
The candidate should have at least two years of relevant warehousing or material handling experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for the Warehouse Technician role starts at $55,000-$58,000 bonus equity; actual pay will be adjusted based on skills and experience. Employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off, Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life / AD&D, Short Term Disability, EAP, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% match.
