We are a rapidly growing national provider of video surveillance to the multifamily housing industry looking to fill an immediate opening in our Projects Department. Our ideal candidate will partner with installers and Project Managers to complete projects for new and existing client sites. This includes aiming & focusing cameras, virtual configuration of equipment, and creation of project-related site documentation, including property maps, light audits, and client Portal Maps.
Essential Job Functions :
- Creation of network maps and equipment lists for new projects / installs.
- Creation and updates to client Portal maps.
- Order & schedule installation for internet.
- Create and maintain project-related site documentation, including property maps, light, and obstruction audits.
- Basic network troubleshooting and configuration of equipment (switches, radios, routers, and IP cameras).
- Aim and focus cameras with installers.
- Virtual configuration of new equipment.
- Verification of network connectivity.
- Tuning cameras after installation is complete.
- Collaborate with service on tele-support and virtual resolutions for newly installed sites.
- Ability to handle multiple competing projects and assignments.
- Perform backend removal of client sites as projects are completed or systems are decommissioned.
- Collaboration with Inventory and Procurement to ensure the correct equipment is being ordered for a project
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Subcontractors, System Design, Service, and Review teams to ensure equipment & network standards are met for projects.
