Description
The primary purpose of the Maintenance Supervisor position is to develop the maintenance staff and a solid PM program, develop and exhibit the necessary leadership, analytical / decision making and managerial skills.
Essential Duties
- Assist the Terminal leadership team in the oversight of Maintenance with SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT being the highest priorities next to financial stewardship.
- Develop and a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program for all Watco assets.

- Develop the maintenance scheduling program.
- Supervise contractors / 3rd party vendors in all maintenance activities.
- Develop minor maintenance guidelines for Operations Teams.
- Work with Safety, Environmental, Operations and Vendors to develop training / operating manuals and procedures.
- Must be available and flexible to work all shifts as business needs require.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Be able to participate in customer meetings to build relationships.
- Routine communication and coordination with other corporate departments.
- Complete all applicable documentation and recordkeeping.
- Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Associates Degree (or equivalent years of experience 7-10 ) in a maintenance discipline.
- Strong maintenance background w / minimum of 5-7 years maintenance supervision or management experience.
- Working knowledge of wide range of maintenance disciplines (Analytical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Logistical, P&ID’s, Flow Diagrams, etc.).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills for a multifaceted work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication.
- Computer Skills : Excel Spreadsheets & Pivot Tables, Microsoft Office Word Processing.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Detail oriented and customer focused.
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance / mechanical problems.
- Familiar with applicable Federal, State and Local regulatory agency requirements.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company and its insurers.
- Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge, above the minimum requirements.
