What You’ll Learn
As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you’ll start by learning the core elements of our business through a structured training program, which includes:
- Mastering face-to-face customer interactions in retail and event settings
- Understanding client products and services to confidently promote them
- Learning how to generate sales, track activity, and meet key performance metrics
- Developing public speaking, communication, and negotiation skills
- Working alongside team leaders to support campaign planning and execution
- Gaining exposure to recruitment, team training, and operational leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands through direct customer engagement
- Build rapport with potential customers and guide them through the sales process
- Assist with campaign setup, reporting, and performance tracking
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team strategy meetings
- Support the coordination of promotional activities and branded events
