What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing a variety of flooring types including laminate, vinyl plank, engineered wood, tile, and carpet.
- Repairing and replacing flooring after restoration and remodel jobs.
- Ensuring precise cuts, clean finishes, and solid installations.
- Working closely with project managers and remodel teams to keep jobs on time and on budget.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional worksite at all times.
- Delivering excellent customer service and representing Next Level Restoration and Remodel with pride.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in professional flooring installation.
- Proficiency with tools, materials, and installation techniques for various flooring types.
- A keen eye for detail, alignment, and finishing.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
