Our CATERING FULFILLMENT MANAGERS are REPRESENTATIVES & AMBASSADORS in & outside our restaurants. As a Catering Fulfillment Manager, you are expected to work in conjunction with the Catering Sales Manager and Kitchen Leadership to fulfill and execute the daily catering orders in a seamless and efficient manner. The Catering Fulfillment Manager is key to the front of house operations of our catering program, working hand in hand to complete the necessary daily tasks to provide a seamless and punctual catering experience for our guests. Interaction with our catering clients requires a positive attitude and an emphasis on guest service , efficiency, and accuracy.
THE BASICS
- Responsible for all catering preparation, organization and execution of orders
- Responsible for expediting and packaging all catering orders for our delivery drivers
- Strong communication and timing expectations with store leadership and kitchen team
- Providing timely and clear communication of orders to store leadership
- Ensure all orders are delivered correctly and timely
- Accurate order implementation into the POS
- Compliant credit card handling
- Understanding and execution of catering procedures and systems
- Responsible for communicating & providing feedback with our 3rd Party Driver Program Partnership
Order Preparation | Assembling and preparing catering orders according to client specifications and company spec standards.
Quality Control | Checking the quality and presentation of food items before they are packed or delivered. Communicating and holding ourselves accountable if it doesn't meet our standards.
Logistics Coordination | Coordinating the timing and logistics of order fulfillment to ensure accurate delivery and pick-up.
Customer Service | Communicating with guests in a positive, kind and hospitable manner.
Inventory Managemen t | Ensuring adequate stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies for catering, and managing inventory to always stay stocked and ready.
Compliance | Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
