Water Heater Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Heater Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Installing, servicing, and repairing water heateres and softeners in both residential and commercial settings.

Training will be fully provided on site and in our training center.

Duties

• Assess and evaluate issues of a water heater.
• Communicate through a proven proceess to the client what the pricing will be. They have already purchased from our sales team and your job is to explain all fees unforseen.
• Conduct the highest qualiity service experience the client has ever had... consistantly.
• Work under our core values of Honorable, Ever Better, Sherlock Edison, Never Ever Lie, and No Fear.
• Use hand tools and equipment for repairs and replacement tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols to protect yourself and others on-site.
• Be an amazing team player. We have zero drama in the workplace.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience in commercial driving is preferred .Good driving record a must. Vehicle is a 3500 Ram Promaster.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
• Background in construction plumbing or related fields is advantageous.
• Familiarity with remodeling techniques and maintenance is required.
• People skills are a absolutely important. Confidence at an in person interview will determine consideration as you will be the face to hundreds of customers annually.
• Proficiency in using hand tools effectively and safely.
• Mechanical knowledge related to electric and general construction is preferred..

We provide a Wow-Now home service experience about 1,200 times a year. We are a small and successful team. We need one new member to our crew. We do quarterly profit sharing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $36.33 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
