*ATTENTION: THIS IS A FULL-TIME 40 HR A WEEK POSITION (EVENINGS, WEEKENDS AND SOME HOLIDAYS) IN GRASS VALLEY, CALIFORNIA*
**This is NOT a remote position. We are located in Northern California.**
The Position:
- Answer routine call inquiries regarding the company product and service information by following standard scripts and procedures.
- Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Tracks the questions and answers in the contact center system as well as updates or checks the order status.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, time-management, analytical and organizational skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Experience:
- 1 year of computer experience and Customer Service experience is preferred.
- High School education or GED.
- This would be a good position for someone who loves sales and people.
- Works under the close direction of the Call Center Manager in the functional area.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
