*Part-Time 30 hours per week
The Front Desk Receptionist serves the community and ministry of CityLink and helps to promote the overall vision of Water of Life. The Front Desk Receptionist must be a skilled, professional, and experienced individual who is also friendly, flexible, reliable, and above all must maintain confidentiality. The receptionist will be assigned tasks associated with maintaining an office, such as, completing daily opening and closing procedures, greeting and assisting incoming guests and staff members, answering the telephone and forwarding calls to appropriate employees, and receiving and responding to emails within appropriate timeframes. The receptionist will also be responsible for receiving and sorting mail and ensuring security within the office by assisting guests with check-in and issuing guests badges. The receptionist will help provide a welcoming and positive guest experience for all guests, by supplying accurate information and answers as needed. This is a up-front, hands on, ministry position. Some weekend/evening hours are required.
Greet all individuals as they enter the reception area of CityLink. Help with monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness. Answer telephones and E-mails, screen and direct both calls/E-mails appropriately. Provide accurate information to the caller/Email individuals. Receive and sort mail, deliveries and interoffice communications, update forms, materials and information for the Front Desk, as needed.
Maintain knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization. Help maintain a clean and inviting environment in the reception area. Monitor inventory relevant to reception area.
Participate in “All-In” events, Spiritual Growth Check List, etc. Other duties as assigned.
May be required to provide admin support to other Citylink or WOL departments, and be assigned special projects, as needed.

Qualifications
- 2 years’ professional experience in an administrative role supporting a program or a business unit
- Strong oral, written and editorial skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with scheduling and database management in an administrative or equivalent role
- Knowledge of office technology tools including web-based, Facebook, Instagram, MS Office, Publisher and database use
- Friendly, flexible, able to multitask, enjoys working with all kinds of people
- Excels at multitasking in every area (guests, phones, Emails, and staff/team dynamics)
- Bilingual preferred
- Aspire to be a Christian role model in accordance with 1 Timothy, chapter 3
- Maintain a consistent relationship with God, demonstrate a strong and growing walk with Christ and live a Biblical lifestyle that honors Christ
