Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining an excellent standard of service and must appreciate the high level of customer satisfaction we desire as an established and growing business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with customers in a professional and responsible manner according to company guidelines, policies, and the code of conduct.
- Answer and/or direct incoming voice, email, and chat communications to the appropriate resource.
- Respond as appropriate to customer requests for detailed information about the status of their request.
- Process customer/distributor/representative/internal request when received.
- Provides customer service and support for the clients brand
- Creates, maintains and files consumer correspondence.
- Maintains accurate records.
- Runs necessary reports and collects information as required
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENT:
- Some college preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and website navigation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Effective listening skills.
- Demonstrate data entry skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an effective, timely and professional manner.
- Exhibits skills in accuracy, attention to detail and follow through.
