Role: This role is responsible for finishing packaging, stocking, cleaning, helping customers, and working together as a team to serve our customers well.

• What it will take:

Knowledge of products (ingredients, where to find on shelf, glutenfriendly, etc.) Assist Customers in finding what they are looking for.
Communicating clearly and effectively (in person & on phone)

• Make customers feel welcome (Welcome greeting upon entrance into store, engaging in conversation while customers shop, and thanking them for coming in when exiting.)
• Offering samples: popcorn, ice cream, or others products if asked
• Ability to build Custom baskets
• Engaging in conversation with customer

What it will take:
Paying attention to details
Proper placement of stickers, labels, bows
Taking care to put in boxes for backstock and rotating stock (first in, first out)
Using correct ingredient labels, updating manufacture date on label (if needed)
Following Basket guides and color suggestions: using proper size baskets, shrink wrap bags, shred paper.

4. Keeping store clean and product stocked

• What winning looks like:

Keeping store clean and product stocked

What it will take:

• Stocking products when needed throughout the day, and making sure shelves are completely stocked for the next day.
• Rotating stock by manufacture date (first in, first out)
• Picking up trash, changing trash out
• Wiping up ice cream drips
• Scraping, sweeping, mopping floor
• Cleaning windows, doors, ice cream cases
• Washing all utensils used with proper washing requirements
• Stocking all ice cream items and cleaning milkshake machine and cups
• Checking bathroom regularly making sure its clean and stocked

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
