The IAM Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating a variety of recreational activities and programs for our guest This role involves creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for campers of all ages.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in education, theater, recreation, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children is highly desirable. Experience in planning and leading activities is a plus. Facilitation Infront of large groups. Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks. Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications may be required.
- Ability to work at outdoor and indoor settings, depending on the activity. Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to participate in physical activities, including lifting and moving equipment. Must be able to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods.
- Activity Planning: Develop and implement a diverse range of activities, including music parties, movie nights, campfires, sports, arts and crafts, games, and special events.
- Supervision: Oversee our guests during activities to ensure safety and participation. Provide guidance and support to employees and volunteers.
- Scheduling: Create and manage daily and weekly activity schedules. Coordinate with other camp staff to ensure smooth & timely operation of all activities.
- Resource Management: Maintain and organize activity supplies and equipment. Ensure all materials are available and in good condition.
- Communication: Communicate activity plans and schedules to our guests, parents, and staff. Address any concerns or issues that arise during activities.
- Safety: Enforce Activities safety rules and guidelines. Administer first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of activities and make improvements based on feedback from guests and staff.
