Job Overview
Small water utility company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping and picking up trash in wellhouses and other common areas.
- Mowing grass
- Washing company vehicles
- Painting
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
