Job Description:
As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining profitability, and managing a team of dedicated staff. You will work closely with department heads to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure consistent performance and development of department heads and team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and personal growth.
- Guest Satisfaction:
- Oversee guest services and ensure all operations are aligned with our high standards of hospitality.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor guest reviews and ensure that we consistently receive high marks for service.
- Operational Management:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and more.
- Manage the hotel’s budget, control expenses, and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and RevPAR.
- Implement efficient systems and processes to optimize performance and profitability.
- Marketing & Sales:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create promotional strategies and increase the hotel’s market share.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners to drive bookings.
- Ensure that the property maintains a strong online presence and visibility through various platforms.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all hotel operations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and health codes.
- Manage risk, including insurance, emergency procedures, and security measures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 - $500,000.00 per year
