Key Responsibilities:
· Project Management: You will take charge of water well and pump projects from initial design through to installation, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and quality outcomes. Your approach will reflect our commitment to leaving a legacy of excellence, ensuring every project meets the highest standards and creates lasting value for clients.
· Sales & Client Relations: In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to grow business, nurture client relationships, and manage project proposals and bids. You will embody a humble & selfless approach, always prioritizing the needs of clients and delivering results that exceed expectations.
· Team Leadership: Leading cross-functional teams, you will foster an environment of open communication and resource management across departments. By supporting your team members’ growth, you will demonstrate a passion to succeed, ensuring that every individual’s contribution adds to the overall success of the project.
· Proposal & Bid Management: You will prepare accurate project proposals, competitive pricing, and equipment selection. In this process, you’ll ensure that our work is not only competitive but reflective of our dedication to providing reliable, high-quality solutions that align with our mission.
· Risk & Budget Management: You will closely monitor project budgets, procurement, and financials, ensuring accuracy and profitability. Your efforts will directly contribute to the stability and growth of the company, reinforcing our commitment to long-term sustainability.
Qualifications:
· Experience: 2 years in project management and sales, preferably in the water or pump industry.
· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of water systems, pumps, and project execution.
· Sales Skills: Proven experience in business development, client relations, and proposal management.
· Leadership: Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and align with our mission and values.
· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
