RESERVATION SPECIALIST

Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative and Reservation Specialist that will be handling phones, emails, and logs for Water Wings Swim School.

The hours we are looking for are

Shifts run Monday - Friday anywhere from 7:30am -8pm

Weekends anywhere from 7:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner for all locations
• Manage inbound and outbound emails throughout day
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Make and move bookings, assist families in scheduling needs
• Keep track of logs under Goggle Drive for all locations
  
  
  

Skills

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree
