Job Title: Holistic Wellness Center Sales and Operations Coordinator

Our holistic wellness center is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Operations Coordinator, bringing not only a commitment to wellness but also a background in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service Excellence:
• Drive sales of wellness services and products through effective communication and a customer-centric approach.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and promoting the benefits of our holistic offerings.
• Holistic Health and Wellness Knowledge:
• Possess a solid understanding of holistic health practices, alternative therapies, and wellness modalities.
• Educate clients on the benefits of our services, creating a personalized and positive experience.
• Administrative Duties:
• Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling, utilizing our booking system.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive health-related data.
• Coordinate with practitioners and staff to optimize the flow of operations.
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Oversee and perform cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Collaborate with cleaning staff or external vendors to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the wellness center.
• Regularly inspect and address cleanliness issues promptly.
• Positive Attitude in a High-Paced Environment:
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive and uplifting demeanor.
• Effectively handle stressful situations with composure and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge and passion for holistic health and wellness practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of tasks efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and focused in a busy environment.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional certifications or coursework in health and wellness are a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
