Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a positive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our growing list of customers and help to expand our customer list
Responsibilities
- Following up with customers helping answer their questions and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Inside sales calls to existing customers to expand their business and to their sister companies
- Will be crossed trained in transportation and helping the clients receiving their product
- Utilize Microsoft office for various office tasks
- Maintain customer lists and help keep track of their progress.
- Helping in arranging transportation of product and any in our outbound shipping
- Support sales team in various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Knowledge inside sales.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in data entry, sales, and transportation is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
