Architectural Sales Representative

Architect and Designers Sales Representative. Waterbox Miami is offering an exciting full-time opportunity for an Architectural Sales Representative to join our team. If you are a Sales Representative that has experience with high-end sales, dealers, architects & builders this is a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell products and services to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential new customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Conduct product presentations, lunch and learns, and design specification meetings to educate customers on our products and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project opportunities

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in architectural sales, customer service, or other related fields
• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in architectural sales, specification sales, and design specification
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Experience in architectural sales, specification sales, territory sales, lunch and learn design specification, and outside sales.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks & Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ZohoBooks is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Ability to build rapport with high-end dealers, architects, and builders
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,124.11 - $55,547.31 per year
