Responsibilities :

Install, maintain, and repair Culligan water treatment systems according to established guidelines and safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of installations.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on existing systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, making necessary repairs or adjustments.

Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

Lift heavy equipment up to 100 pounds, bending, pushing, and pulling as required by the physical demands of the job.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Location :

Primary location at our Danbury, CT office with the potential for occasional travel to other Culligan branches as required.
