Job Description:
As a Bottled Water/Cooler Sales Representative at Culligan by WaterCo, you will play a pivotal role in meeting customers' drinking water needs by analyzing their requirements and delivering compelling sales presentations to secure new accounts. Your responsibilities will extend beyond merely executing sales; you'll be instrumental in generating leads, leveraging company-provided leads, and utilizing marketing support to cultivate and expand your territory effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of customers' water consumption patterns and preferences to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Utilize your expertise as a seasoned sales professional to effectively close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Serve as a proactive problem solver, addressing customer concerns and offering viable solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of one year of demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Exhibit proficiency as a hunter, closer, and marketer, showcasing your ability to identify opportunities, seal deals, and promote products effectively.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in generating leads and expanding territory.

- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer schedules.

Compensation:
Full commission sales, estimated annual earnings between $68k-100k
Travel:
