Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair Culligan water treatment systems according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on existing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, making necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Lift heavy equipment up to 100 pounds, bending, pushing, and pulling as required by the physical demands of the job.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Location:
- Primary location at our Danbury, CT office with the potential for occasional travel to other Culligan branches as required.
