What are the responsibilities and job description for the SERVICE MANAGER position at WaterCo?
Are you a motivated leader with a knack for operations, team development, and exceptional customer service? Culligan by WaterCo is looking for a Service Manager to lead our service team, optimize daily operations, and drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support Service Technicians, Installers, and Route Drivers
- Oversee service orders, scheduling, and warehouse activities
- Identify revenue opportunities through upselling and incentive programs
- Monitor and enforce performance standards
- Conduct field training and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Manage inventory, fleet maintenance, and compliance with DOT regulations
- Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure workplace safety standards
- This job will oversee both Bellingham, WA and Snohomish, WA locations and requires travel to both locations
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience
- Water treatment or plumbing experience preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation: $65,000- $75,000/ year
